Plz change laws back to what they used to be. This is just STUPID now ... disturbing sleeping children & shift workers, scaring children, dogs, & people with PTSD. Ridiculous!!

My house was hit by a neighbor’s firework on 9/15/2019. We are still trying to have the ~$9k of damaged the firework caused repaired. As of right now we also had to pay our insurance deductible unless our insurance company can retrieve it.

I have no issues with fireworks at a reasonable hour. It is unfair to my kids to continually have their sleep interrupted by late night fireworks.

I’m sick and tired of fire works every night starting 10:00 11:00 and midnight. I tired of view how woke up and my dogs scared from them. It’s time to stop this disrespectfulness to people who have to work. Enough is enough it’s bull.

Hoping for stricter rules and at the least a curfew for firework usage. We have a young child and baby on the way and we definitely wish there was a little more respect. Our pets are also terrified many nights a week during the summer months.

There is no regard for either residents and moreso our pets. They send these off within yard of our residences. And at all hours of the night.

Absolutely no need to shoot fireworks off every single night of the week that sound like loud explosions from 8:45 pm thru 12:00am and sometimes after 12:00! And my location there’s no possible way any are 150 feet away from any structure.

No one is listening to the regulations and they are setting fireworks off WAY to close to structures. People are setting them off in residential neighborhoods and damaging property with them.

If the regulations cannot be enforced, the sale of fireworks should be prohibited. Our solutions are limited to prescription sedatives or moving. We need sleep and peace.

Last year fireworks were set off right across the street from where I was dog sitting. They caught someone's roof on fire & someone else's car. The year before someone shot off fireworks 1/2 block away in our neighborhood. Everyone in a 4 block radius had fireworks debris on their roofs, cars, garages & pools. So many neighbors called 911 that the lines jammed & the phone calls went unanswered. This is happening every single night of the week & weekend. It usually starts in May & ends in September or October. They usually start setting them off around 10:30 PM until about 2 AM. The police are not able to stop it because no one is ever caught "red-handed". Our pets, our babies, our children, our veterans & everyone else is suffering because of a few morons. Stop this madness & stop it now!
