keep it to holidays if you have to continue . But lately it’s constant and all hours of the night.

The restrictions placed on firework use are virtually unenforceable at the scale with which these fireworks are being used. The Commonwealth has not given us funding to enforce the laws and our police are needed to address violent and property crimes. The experiment of legalizing fireworks is a total failure in York City.

My dog is scared of fireworks and shakes whenever she hears them. She's afraid to go outside at night. This has to stop

It has been a month and a half straight of fireworks well past 10:00 each night. Our pets are terrified and we cannot have the windows open due to the noise while trying to sleep.

I am extremely disappointed that lawmakers and law enforcement have not made the average citizen a priority. Our safety and well being are threatened by the poor execution of the fireworks laws. In my neighborhood there is no legal place to set off fireworks yet I hear them almost nightly. This is unsafe and causes problems for neighbors with pets as well as my children who are afraid of the loud sounds. This deserves your attention. Please do the right thing and make fireworks illegal again.
