Americans demand that you help end criminal records through implementing a more improved criminal record expungement process for Americans who are one-time offenders with minor offences.

According to the department of justice, approximately 100 million Americans have criminal records, which means that as many as 1 in 3 people have some type of record. What we don’t know is how many of those people have committed an offence only once, have met the conditions of their sentence, and have no idea that they may be eligible for a criminal record expungement.

The expungement process needs some improvements and in some countries like Canada, certain sentences or criminal records are automatically removed or sealed after a certain period of time has passed, and all conditions have been met by the offender. Most states require you to petition the state for an expungement and that process is not always simple.

We have a plan to help change the system.

If we petition our own state and ask them to help end or lower the amount of criminal records in the DOJs database without having to petition their home state or apply for an expungement, it can help change the lives so many Americans.
