You and other 8000 students live in university hall and uses the laundry service provided by Circuit Laundry.
We all know, that their service is highly overpriced compared to what they provide. The washing machines are old, don't work properly, commonly break down in the middle of the cycle and destroy the clothes by the end of the year.
The number of washing machines and dryers compared to the number of residences living in hall is too low. Students have to wait sometimes days to be able to do their laundary.
We pay for these services, therefore we deserve acceptable service for our money.
