This is the OFFICIAL petition to end the CNA PPD Student Parking Lottery. All students who entered their name in the "lottery" should be issued a parking permit. This will make the student parking a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis which makes it fair for everyone.

Only 1/3 of the PPD student population received permits this year. This is unfair to EVERY student who is dependant on their vehicle and were not issued a permit.

Parking should always be FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!
