En tant qu’une jeune marocaine, je suis convaincue qu’aucune autre jeune marocaine ne devrait avoir à se marier avant d’avoir 18 ans. Aux yeux de la loi elle est encore enfant sans même le droit de voter ou d’acheter/louer une propriété, mais elle a quand même la maturité et la force pour assumer un mariage et éventuellement un/des enfant(s). Des enfants qui quand ils deviendront adultes participeront à la persistance de cette idée. N’importe quoi.

It’s ridiculous that a man can marry a girl who’s a minor, and therefore a child, but 2 consenting adults should be scared to go to jail if caught together in intimacy. It’s like encouraging rape and pedophilia basically what the hell, get a grip.
