I live in Kentucky and people are constantly on their phones not paying attention to the road or traffic misses traffic signs lights ect. My niece is laying in a hospital bed due distraction driving I’m constantly dodging the type of drivers on the road I personally think 3 tickets at A 100.00 each after that and lose your license for 30 days and after that 6 months and if a again for a year plus jail time. I think states would be more inclined if they can make money from this

Every single day i see people swerving all over the road because they are staring at their laps. Its ridiculous and dangerous for everyone else out here.

Nothing is that important to risk death or injury from using a phone!
