I ride the bus to South Tucson on 4th Avenue and 26th and there is no bus going there but the 18 which is always pack they need to put the 23 back in service so I can g to school.

I am so tired of hearing comments about how Sun Tran riders can't get a "good" job and that is why we are reliant on public transportation. I have a great job, and the reason I ride the bus is MY business and MY business alone. Such a pity that the Teamsters in the union have made the people of Tucson that are reliant on public transportation, like second class citizens. I am not and I refuse to be put in that category. I have felt so abandoned and like I do NOT matter. My great job and my boss understand what I'm dealing with. I'm interested to see how many of these Union workers will be homeless by mid month, scrounging around with the "second class citizens" trying to keep their head above water. One or two of them might have to settle for that crappy minimum wage job. Might find themselves dependent on public transportation. Irony is sometimes the only way the ignorant can see. The water company, the power company and the landlord are not going to care about any "reasons" they have. Try and explain to TEP that your not going to work because of "unfair" circumstances. What I'm trying to say. it seems counterproductive to fight for something that is going to ultimately be your demise.

I can't get to class on time, I have to wait in the sun for hours, and this whole strike is ridiculous. Either they raise the fares or they raise taxes; Either way, I'm paying them more.

I agree with ending it. It is stupid and hurting so many people that use it as their transportation. I used to ride the bus to get to school. It was too far to walk and Somedays of didnt have a ride. So why hurt other people who need the transportation. For more money again?

hey need to just fire the union workers and hire other people that want a job, also the people that are in worse medical condition because of not being able to get to the doctors due to the strike should be allowed to sue the union workers.

It ridiculous!!! Thousands of people are losing their job, missing appointments, etc. Pull your sh*t together Sun Tran, or Tucson....scrap them and find another company to work with!! Shame on all the people on strike as well!! Hope you're happy with what you are doing to the thousands of Tucsonans that you rely on Sun Tran for everyday life!! SMH so disappointed!!!

The union workers will have jobs still waiting for them when this is over, but that is not true for so very many people who are losing or have lost their jobs. Many are dependent on the bus services. Why do you SunTran people feel you deserve so much more than fellow citizens?
