As we all know, kids are at their prime when learning should be focused without distractions of violence or intrusion in their quality of life. Verbal and physical assaults wounds deeply and are ingrained into a child's soul. These traumas are carried into adulthood while some victims has ended their life due to constant endurance of abuse and torturing from young predators in schools. Poor academic performance, social anxiety, low self esteem, stolen confidence and death are the results of bullying. These bullies were not given proper punishment and guidance. Thus, victims are compelled to feel imprisoned within themselves with difficulty to cry for help. I know this because I am a surviving victim of bullying from school and I want every victim to be able to express themselves. This is not possible if bullying is still thought of as a mere juvenile delinquency. Please, help the present and future victims by making this change possible. This petition is in hopes of proposing a law that implements having young bullies incarcerated and assigned to intense programs within the penitentiary for up to two years. Please, support to eliminate damage done to kids and to promote talent , creativity and productivity in newer generations. If this petition is taken seriously, children and teenagers are free to reach their highest potential and provide us the gifts of their talents. If this petition fails, justice is still not brought for the past, present, future victims or their families and we will still continue to live our days with bullying occurring in schools.
