Bullying ruined my brothers life when he was in middle school. Something has to change because schools just dont do enough to help the victims. It needs to stop now.

As someone who has witnessed bullying first hand, I feel that this issue must be confronted in today's society. If a petition could make the smallest of changes, so be it.
