Waiting for months, and in some cases over a year is an unacceptable practice for a business providing products that have been paid for and are readily available elsewhere.
The goal is to end Funko’s association with Big Apple Collectibles. This company has shown they do not care about Funko’s customers, only the money they can scam from them. Charging customers for canceling orders citing restocking fees when they claim to not even have the item. Also charging additional fees for shipping what they claim to have from an order. On top of that they claim to send an email from the owner of the company, slandering Funko as a company for horrible business practices. This ends now.

Took them literally over a year for a preorder and thank God I noticed because if not they would've kept the money
Have waited 30 days for in stock items before… Went to cancel remaining orders because I was never sure I’d receive them and they said restocking fee of credit. Clearly a business that runs off restocking fees
Had a problem with an order, they asked for picture proof. I sent the pictures then I never heard back. Emailed mylitple times and I believe they blocked my email
They need to go down.... Taking to long to get our pops. Preordered pops should arrive on our doorsteps the day of release date or a day before not months or years later
I like the petitioner have been waiting forever for my products. Some paid as far back as last year. Ridiculous business practices especially when these items are now available elsewhere and they will charge you to cancel.
Well, I started this petition a long time ago and haven’t been on here in a while but just as an update that company is no longer around and they actually got sued by the company Funko thank you to all the people who did sign the petition thank you. the sad truth is many people who knew this company was no good stood by and said nothing people with huge platforms stood by and said nothing, but to God be the glory that that company got what they had coming to them and it’s not something we have to worry about anymore But unfortunately, the country that this company existed in has really gone the same way times 10 and I just hope and pray that God‘s wrath will come to this country sooner than later

Will never order from this company again. Horrible business practices and correct when you order something months in advance and you can find it in stores before they even get it in stock. Horrible business practices horrible management horrible business. End the relationship Funko
