Dear Rosabella @ Saratoga Highlands; as the residence of this community, we area signing this petition in order to have the new ENCLOSED PARKING AND TOWING POLICY, removed from the community CC&R's. As a community we understand the need for an HOA, and respect the goals of such. However, we believe this new parking enforcement is going well beyond the appropriate authority of the HOA. It is simply not possible for several members of this community to adhere to the guidelines of this new policy.Various members of this community are unable to employ there garage for their vehicle due to it being otherwise utilized. Also, some members of this community have more than two vehicles. We feel as members of this community who pay rent, mortgages, HOA dues, SIDS and taxes; we have the right to park our vehicles in the drive way, as well as in the street in front of our residence.We too as a community make it our goal to maintain the appearance of the community. We do not wish to clutter our streets or driveways with broken down cars, or other scenic blithe issues. Nor do we believe this community is in danger of approaching that fate by parking on the street or in our driveways. Further more, we as a community enjoy the freedom of having visitors at our homes. In the event of having more than one visitor at a time, we feel the hassle of obtaining a parking pass is absurd. In conclusion, we as a community appreciate the job you do as an HOA board, but believe this policy has gone to far. We respectfully request the new ENCLOSED PARKING AND TOWING POLICY be removed.
