Women must be given equal opportunities to lead in all sectors and be given equal economic opportunities. To defeat patriarchy in labour market, economic sector and politics, South African Parliament must enact 50/50% law that compels all this sectors to have 50/50 representation. Any sector that fails to comply must be punished harshly.
I have finished drafting a formal proposal detailing how the 50/50 mandate should be implemented across the labor market. This document is currently being reviewed by legal consultants to ensure the language regarding enforcement penalties is as precise as possible.

The scale of this support has forced the issue onto the desks of policy analysts. My team is now finalizing a formal proposal packet to secure a meeting with the parliamentary portfolio committee.

Society should admire women instead of undermining them to lead, we must recall that women are often the cornerstone of every society and they have been at the forefront of transformation in South Africa.

All those in power must start to acknowledge that we, as women, are capable to lead. Also women in higher positions must stop feeling intimidated by younger employees & rather encourage, mentor, inspire & create opportunities for them to move up the ladders in different spheres.
