Nothing makes me want to crawl home and stay there when everytime I go out I either have to wait while some able person gets back to their car or just decide to give up and go home

I have a motility card and help pay for these parks there's always cars parked in these spaces with no card showing.

Some people look at me when I am in a disabled space with a card but they don’t realise I have had to hip replacements and find it very difficult to get out of a car in the normal parking spaces

I am not disabled but I truly believe in this cause, my sister in law is in a wheelchair and the amount of times we haven’t been able to get her an accessible park only to wait and find able bodied people happily trotting to their cars in the much needed parks is beyond me and I am fed up, I have called the police a few times to no avail

Our son is in a wheelchair. We have had 29 years of frustration with parks. Pleased to see something is happening. We'll done.

Supermarkets shoukd be allowed to put warning notices on cars that abuse the mobility parks. Also in malls. We mobility card holders pay big money for easy acess to stores. I live in Rotorua and wouldnt dare approach a non card holder illegally parked.

I totally agree, see lazy fullt mobile people with NO mobility badge parking just because too lazy to walk a short distance, we all pay enough taxes in this country to afford it to be policed.

I have cerebral palsy and use a walking frame 24/7 I have literally driven home having not done my errands because of lack of parking. Including missing hospital appointments!

The shop workers also do nothing, yesterday 5 of the parks were filled with cars within permits.

I am very happy to sign this petition, given I used to need a mobility access permit until an operation gave me back mobility, and I was so grateful for it.
