I cannot afford this medical aid anymore, let me summarize my payment come 2023. I'm member 4, paying N$10673 currently so 10673×9%= 960.57 then 10673+960.57= 11633.57. My EE allowance is 794.33- 960.57= (166.24), now tell me whether I will be a happy/productive employee at end of the day? Please let us be given to join other medical funds our choices. What TN should is to have an agreement with all the medical funds out there in Namibia dan is die storie klaar.
