Whenever something is unsustainable or fails to meet users expectations a drastic change becomes a necessity

The medical aid is too expensive compared to other markets related medical aids. The self medication deplete before the year ends. With its annual escalation of 9% we are expecting, we are unable to keep up.

Not happy with current medical aid, too much expensive with limited benefits.
