We as Telecom employees feel the need to be heard as we feel our voices have not been heard enough, most employees are being affected by the new increase in the medical aid.

We the employees want to be able chose a medical aid of our choice and have the freedom to move to alternative medical aids within the market, these medical aids provide cheaper alternatives with much more substantial and competitive benefits benefits than what Napotel is currently offering us.

Employees want to move from the current medical aid and want the option to do so before the start of the year, as this is when the increase of 9% will be effective for Napotel. Each employee that is currently on this petition would like to be able to move to an alternative medical aid.
