As a USC student who was sexually assaulted in campus, I can say having a nurse on campus would have made my experience so much less traumatic. I had to go to the Santa Monica rape

To encourage women to start reporting and seeking help after sexual assaults and then to not provide the means for them to do so is counterproductive and illogical. I know that our administration cares about competing with top Universities like Stanford. Let's surpass them and invest in this for our students.

This is completely necessary, and USC must take action.

i cannot believe that USC, being the prestigious university that it is, does not have a sexual assault examiner. If we actually want to deal with this problem as a community, USC needs to get a SANE. Women at this campus can finally not travel miles away to reveal to her doctors how her body has been grotesquely violated. Common USC, you're better than this.

Have to set up SANE! USC tuition is a lot higher than UCLA. Can't even afford it? Let alone USC campus is located in a complicated area! Much higher risk for all kinds of crime!

Truly surprised that there isn't a SANE on staff already.

With everything the university is trying to accomplish regarding sexual assault, this should be a priority for the administration.
