the housing developer and building company are too greedy, they used the cheapest material to build, the whole building looks like a shabby shelter, not a new building. the developer has to pay the cost to repair it. and they need to appologise to all residents who live here.

poorest material they used to build this building, it has been repairing since it was built, the developer forced us to pay the repairing bill. we need justice and explaination. the greedy housing developer and building company should pay for this bill, not innocent people like us. and a new building should have 10 years quality warranty.

The whole building has been finished to a poor overall standard. The interior fittings are cheap and shoddily fitted. It is completely unbelievable that the roofing in the lobby has not fixed after what is nearly a full 9 monyhs

couldnt agree more. Something has to be done about the poor management of the building, it seems to be out of our control but we still pick up the bill!!
