EMERGENCY PLAN FOR CIVILIANS

This petition w created so we ALL know what to do in an emergency.

The American Government is to provide EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS PLANS and training to ALL of the American People.

This is to include but not be limited to the following:

        I.            Suggested plans and locations for natural disasters and other survival situations

a.       The possibility of providing supplies for survival, especially light portable gear & food

      II.            Provide emergency routes to CITIZENS, legal visitors and residents of the United States of America in the event of occupation.

    III.            Provide emergency routes and safe rooms for American Citizens in the event of a localized or National Emergency of varying types. The Safe Room should be well stocked and able to receive some communication of when it is safe to emerge or continue along an alternate, such as subterranean, route to another location, if possible.

    IV.            Creation of a committee to review possible routes and creation of routes, unknown to unfriendly occupants up to and including those attacking or hostile to citizens,  including routes using subterranean methods and providing breathable air in such routes.

      V.            Consider enacting emergency laws that would take real world situations into consideration such as the inability to buy supplies due to natural disaster or attack; in these circumstances utilizing materials as hand for the survival of the American People (self or others) would be considered legal under the circumstances, perhaps say a state of emergency and/or severe weather situation that is well documented by a registered organization such as NOAA, USGS or other method. This refers to unattended supplies, not those currently carried by and being used by another resident.

This would not negate any currently effective legislature that covers the above items, except where intentionally so.

This is a simple petition with a simple idea.

WE undergo earthquake and fire drills routinely. Such drills leave us standing on the pavement of a parking lot or under a desk with no further plans forthcoming. We have much bigger disasters and situations that could potentially come to pass in any area of the country.
