The release of non violent offenders with little to no time let to serve in them less than one yr time frame has got to happen now. It’s imperative for inmates who have to stay to have more room to occupy without being so close they can’t adhere to the 6ft rule

Legislation has already voted for this to give room for social distancing, save lives and save you all money for medical expenses. I know you all are smart so the only explanation for you dragging your feet is because you don't care how many inmates thi virus kills but the order was placed please get them out of there! The virus is still real it is still growing in the prison system no matter what you do it won't stop! Give them a chance to live and see their families again!

Have two brothers in prison who be release one with a non violent crime and one who have a disability and did most of his time please release Terry Jordan Jr and Tobias Carrington

My husband meets all criteria. Stop dragging this out and release these people! They'll be safer. So will the still incarcerated.

Governor Northam said 2 months ago he was going to release non violent offenders with less than a year to serve. It was said some 2000. About 166 give or take have been released and they seem to be dragging their feet now. My husband falls into the criteria for being released and yet the DOC has not yet even computed his time. He also is one of the inmates that has a pre-existing condition that leaves him susceptible to Covid 19. Governor Northam..Harold Clarke and DOC need to get their stuff together and do what they promised.

PLEASE LOOK INTO MY HUSBANDS CASE! WE HAVE CHILDREN! HE HAS LESS THAN A YEAR & IS NON-VIOLENT. HE DOES NOT DESERVE A DEATH SENTENCE BECAUSE OF COVID 19.
