Affordable housing is no excuse to sacrifice safety and livability for the new subdivision as well as the surounding neighborhoods. Too many houses in a small area. Very bad idea.

77 homes with only two access points within another subdivision with only two access points to that means hundreds MORE cars and only two ways out. Serious safety concern if numerous cars left at the same time, not to mention all the current children who play soccer, basketball, skateboard in our side streets that our current neighbors watch out for but new ones won't. There is already a problem with lack of water pressure and adding 77 more homes will take a tremendous toll on the already sparse water supply and pressure.

Really plan some parking and legit access. There's to many kids in the existing neighborhood for that amount of traffic.

Our property is on N. Vernonia Rd. & Columbia Blvd. at the 4 way stop. Another piece of land and house on Columbia Blvd maybe a 4th of a mile from the 4 way stop. There is a lot of traffic right now and we don't need extra. We are for growth with proper outlets. I am against this development . It would be an unsafe thing to do. Thank you

I live on Oakwood Dr between Darcy and Catarin. There is no room for more traffic in the area. We already get a lot of Helens Way traffic since we are a straighter street. Our water pressure is horrible and parking is all but non existant.

Our county has grown enough. Traffic is terrible. Greed is changing a lifestyle supported by a small community. Stop subdivisions!!!

We do not need anymore houses built in this small town. This town cannot support anymore people than it already has living in it. Stop taking our land away just to make money for yourselves. All I see is greedy people not caring about the lives of others.

Major concern:
Lack of access into this development.
Added traffic primarily onto Helen's way.
Make entrance to Vernonia??? Finish road at end of Helens way that is blocked off???
Decrease in already low water pressure for existing neighbor hood??

This subdivision is ushering in smaller homes with smaller set-backs to maximize profits for Weigant and his partners. For owners around this development increased traffic and damage to property values warrant this development to be downsized.
I live next to several of Weigants properties and they are one step above an manufactured home in quality. Cheap homes to make minimal profit. Guarantee as in my neighborhood most of these homes will turn into rental properties. I'm a firm no.

This is a terrible idea, I own my house and have to fight park in my own driveway at times..
