The City of College Station has a moral obligation to protect its citizens from the consequences of actions it undertakes or knowingly allows to occur. If the flooding of Bee Creek on the West Side of the city was important enough to address then it certainly is equally as important an issue on the East Side.

Neighborhood integrity is the number one priority according to the comprehensive plan for the City of College Station. Rezoning this property does not support neighborhood safety or integrity.

City of College Station, please show us that you care about the residents and neighborhood of Emerald Forest and do not add any additional nearby watershed to the already flooding Bee Creek!

I agree with all of this! City of College Station, please show you care about this problem and please listen to our cries for help by not adding additional watershed to our already flooding creek.

A reasonable density of large trees could be retained in the floodplain of Bee Creek for aesthetic reasons and for retention of sufficient habitat for wildlife. However, the tremendous density of younger vegetation (small trees and heavy brush) are choking Bee Creek to where dangerous flooding is becoming ore likely day by day.

This also needs include properties close to sebesta,we deal with increased runoff and flooding ,the city has failed to address the flooding issues
