Went to the Disclosure concert, paid for "VIP tickets" where the only point of differentation between those and regular tickets were to bypass the line. Still not allowed exit and re-entry, the washroom situation was a mess, I didn't want to have to see people urinating in closets and walls because the lineups were that long. Poorly organized through and through, almost everyone missed half an hour of Disclosure themselves.

When you pay for tickets, you expect to get what you paid for. Concert organizers and promoters should not also oversell. We want a refund ASAP!

Refund! !horrible night .. couldn't get on the dance floor. Birthday girl was upset .. worst bday she had ever !!! We purchase 9 floor tickets !!
