EMBA journey has been a long cherished dream come true. I am from Dallas and have attended sessions, spoke to students in other locations and other universities like TCU, SMU Cox and choose UT Austin as I gathered the "Branding", Network, Class Cohorts and the quality differences. With rolling under one roof, all the above qualities may have impact and the future of other programs in general.

EMBA was life changing for me. I understand that schools are a business, but this program cannot be valued by simple ROI or metrics established. Relationships and education are key factors into the success of a program. If EMBA is removed, I am not sure what my relationship and donations will be with UT in the future.

As with any great entity and team, the group needs a leader. In our case, the Executive MBA program needs an independent director to continue with the legacy of excellence and tradition. Without a Director, exclusively working with executive students, staff, and candidates, we jeopardize the last decade of progress.

Wholeheartedly agree with the sentiments expressed in this letter and would like to better understand how the EMBA brand will be protected moving forward and how this will be differentiated from the other programs.
