While I am retired, I often go past Kemp in the morning and afternoon when school is starting or ending. It is such a mess. I just hope that anyone who wants to get involved in this area go by and see how the streets are blocked.

I am not in favor of the increased number of homes planned for the area across the street from Kemp Elementary school. Traffic is already too heavy in that area at the start and end of the school day. Even if it is 'over 55' that doesn't mean individuals that will live there are retired. Perhaps the developer can provide current data on the percentage of residents in '55 and over' communities that are working. That would be helpful data.

Traffic is terrible at any time of the day. Don't even try to go out from 4:00 to 7:00 on lost Mt rd. , horrendous.

This is the last thing we need....a subdivision sitting between the two entrances to our existing subdivision.

Zoning is in place for a reason! It protects the existing population from overdevelopment. Making an exception can set a precedent for future exceptions, putting too much stress on our infrastructure. Do not allow a change in this zoning! (The developers just want to squeeze every nickel out of it and move along to the next!)

Not so long ago, the cobb county commissioners promised cobb residents that they would NOT let happen to west cobb what has happened in east cobb. It's an already very congested area with the new neighborhood coming in at Corner Rd at Lost Mtn Rd.

The land needs to be developed according to the established zoning. Developers are trying to cram more homes onto land in this area. We already are burdened by traffic, our schools are overcroweded, our home values are at stake, and there are multiple other developments that have yet to be completed.

Corner Road and our schools cannot support any further development. The intersections of Macland & Corner, as well as Corner & Lost Mountain Rd are already unsafe and congested enough. Stop developing!!!
