Elmo Parlor loved Highland Indiana more than any other person past or present. He spent thousands of hours researching its history and passing all his knowledge on to anyone who wanted to learn. On May 28th the town lost one of its greatest assets involving the learning and preservation of its history. He was also very active in the towns activities. I propose that the town council celebrate his life long work and passion by making May 28th Elmo Parlor Day.
