The census act, legal documentation including anything that ask applicants for race identification clearly singles out the Hispanic people by demanding to specify whether you are just white, black, American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, two or more races, explains the concept of race is separated from the concept of Hispanic and finally non-Hispanic White alone persons.

A Black/African American person can also belong to the Indigenous Native Black people of North, South and Central America; The Indigenous Negrito People of The Philippines; Lineage and kin to the Native Hawaiians who resemble many Black people in America with more similar features like Afro's, for example, than they do with black racial groups of Africa.

With the dominating gene's shown in these racial groups, why then is Black not more mandated in respondent as it is why the identification of those who are white and non Hispanic white alone person?

The racial us census bureau estimates that in 2012, there is 77% white alone, 33 Hispanic or Latino population and only a 13% Black Population. This can not be morally accurate from the truth.

This deception of a poorly disproportion estimation of people graph can not and should not be allowed to continue in the falsification of those racial groups mentioned above.

Mexicans, specifically, are not Caucasian and go more towards the category of Black American Indians. In fact the elimination of all these racial groups should be ceased and replaced for the Census Gov 2015, if they wish to continue this practice of race collection in pre-american racial groups; There should be categorized and collected as such; white and or any person belonging to the Caucasian Race and Non-White's.

Should the ethnicity be requested to successfully gather the racial make-up then a ethnicity fill box should be displayed allowing respondent to Identify whether they are Black, Am. Indian, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander and Hispanic or two and more races.

Please ask that the racial division once and for all eliminate what divides people of color with racial groups such as these. The Indigenous population of all groups excluding whites, have the Melanin gene that unites these tribal groups rather than it's separates and divides.

A Hispanic, is not a spanish speaking person and many his panics identify with this notion. A Hispanic, is a person who could be from anywhere in North America like a Mexican, from Central America like a El Salvadorian or from South America like a Brazilian.

The racial genocide in data is imperative to preserve who we are and that is much more crutial than just being a hispanic non white classified and put in a box by a percentage of people who practice displacement in racial groups such as those mentioned in the request to eliminate the US Census current racial group that leaves a unncessary and unhalthy gap amongst those who original people are non-white.
