eliminate the three day redo grade rule

Not only are the students having a hard time adjusting to the 30% for daily grades and 70% for test grades, but to put the three day redo rule on top is unbearable and unfair to the students who can not get rides to school before school and get rides after school for the tutoring. It's also hard for the teachers because of all these new changes teachers have to work faster on a subject a student might be having trouble with.
