My name is Cesar. I am the current Chief Justice of Dixie State University's Student Government, otherwise known as DSUSA. I have spent the last few days in meetings reviewing the current bylaws to ensure transparency for everyone involved in this election. Seeing the confusion many students feel about these rules reminds me why I felt compelled to step up and challenge the status quo.

Cesar is one of the most kind and welcoming students I have met so far at Dixie State University. He would be a great candidate for any DSU office position!
