Please read and understand properly. Don't just write anything like unfair.
Already 50% government seats are provided to every candidate irrespective of Domicile condition.
Therefore, the remaining 50% government seats only are restricted to candidates of Karnataka State Domicile. However, the candidates can apply for seats in private colleges under comed-k, open category etc.
I wish that, those of you who have graduated should understand the basic definitions of Central & State Quota.

Please note that Karnataka Government is already giving 50% seats under All-India Quota.
Therefore, the remaining 50% of Government Seats ONLY are restricted to candidates of Domicile of Karnataka State.
Students who are NOT Domicile of Karnataka have option under Comed-k, Open seats etc.

Mr Yuvaraj, your language itself shows your culture. Don't write indecently here in this forum. Instead you guys need to be grateful to the State and people of Karnataka. This is the problem, being nice and accommodative.
You are yourself admitting that, you are incompetent, as you don't even have basic understanding of the logic.
Already All India Quota of 50% is available. Therefore the remaining 50% is for candidates of Karnataka domicile. If the remaining 50% is also open for every one, there is no meaning for the State Quota.
The remaining Government seats are available for candidates who have Karnataka State Domicile. This is logic and justice.
However, the colleges afford Open Category, Comed-k and Management quota seats for candidates of Non-Karnataka domicile.

I am just clarifying below some points.
Clause 'B' has provided justice to Karnataka Domicile Candidates.
As the Non-Karnataka Domicile candidates are provided seats under 50% All-India Quota, the remaining GOVERNMENT SEATS in Government Colleges & Private Colleges should be exclusively for the Candidates of Karnataka Domicile. This is the definition of STATE QUOTA.
If the number Government seats after All-India Quota is also given to other than Karnataka candidates , then there is NO MEANING for State Quota. Because, then State Quota will be 'zero'
As far as Non-Karnataka Domicile candidates are concerned, please note that, "Comed-k or Open category Or Management Seats from private colleges are still available."
Therefore, the Non-Karnataka Domicile candidates should be thankful for the opportunity Karnataka govt is providing them.

I am again highlighting few points below. Let's hope Government of Karnataka will stick to this condition as a matter of Justice .
We need to Thank the Government of Karnataka for this clause 'B' .
Every state has State Quota. After providing for 50% All India Quota, how can Non-Karnataka domicile candidates can be given seats?
The Karnataka State has invested and nurtured the institutions. It's obvious that Karnataka Domicile candidates will have exclusive eligibility for the 50% under Karnataka State quota.
It's the same concept for SC/ST/OBC. - Then it naturally follows for General merit candidates also.
If the Non-Karnataka Domicile candidates have issue, let them take up with their State of Domicile to provide eligibility for them in their States.
Also let other states invest and nurture Medical Institutions in their states.

Mr Agarwal
Note that, Non-Karnataka candidates can use Open Category and Comed-K seats. Not eligible for Government seats
If other States require MBBS to be done from that state, then you should take up the issue with your parent state. I hope, you all this much of understanding.
Already All-India Quota 50% is given to any candidate from across India.
Therefore, the remaining 50% should be ONLY for the candidates who have Domicile in Karnataka
Hope all you Non-Karnataka Domicile candidates/parents understand this.
You should have GRATITUDE to Karnataka Government and it's people who have treated you with respect.
Don't argue that you need to usurp the share of the Karnataka Domicile candidates also.

The individuals who are calling Karnataka incompetent should have basic understanding. The Karnataka State is home for tolerance, accommodation and believe in hospitality in true sense. But, it's unfortunate that the rogue individuals from other states thinks good ness as weakness.
The individuals who are asking for waiving domicile condition should understand that, already there is ALL INDIA Quota. Therefore, the candidates of Karnataka Domicile ONLY are to be considered for Karnataka State Quota. If Non-Domicile candidates are also allowed eligibility, then it defies the definition of State Quota itself.
Also, it is made clear that SC/ST/OBC reservation is ONLY for candidates from Karnataka. Therefore, this logic will also extend to general category.
Nobody invited candidates of other states to come to Karnataka. They need to show respect to the land and people and also have GRATITUDE to the state of Karnataka and its people.
Those candidates who do not satisfy the domicile condition always have other categories in Comed-K, Open etc.
It is also common knowledge that, those non-Karnataka domicile candidates have pursued MBBS/BDS under Comed-K or Management quota.
Why this non-sense comment now? There is a limit for tolerance.
