I have been a target of workplace abuse and know only too well the damage it does. It is psychological assault and should be a criminal offence

I am still a victim after 30 years in nursing & a very fresh victim but I will fight, not to my death but to raise awareness of the terror #WorkPlaceBullying can instill. You can turn off a computer but you can't keep walking away from your livelihood. My Story about workplace bullying as a young mum, " Suicide Angels and the Silent Terrorists"

Bullying is insidious anti-social behaviour that poisons the work environment & is against the best interests of both employees & employers. All have a stake in putting an end to it sooner rather than later.

Bullying a blight on society which destroys so many lives , Australian Society should have matured and risen above this situation but sadly we are still sometime at the bottom stairs . Experience bullying at college and din't ever recover the trauma very much understand others plight
