I’m sure he is great but becoming a hegumen shouldn’t be up to a vote. It is based on the need, when there are multiple priests, to oversee things from an administrative aspect. It’s just an organizational title.

ابونا بيشوي هو اول موءسسً لكنيسة العذراء والأنبا بيشوي ،من زمن ماكان علماني وهو كان مهتم بخدمة الكنيسة ومطبوعات الكنيسة . لن انسي لما كانت الكنيسة موءجرة من كنيسة في Elmora ave وكان ابونا بيشوي علماني وبيخدم في أسبوع الام .ذكريات ابونا ببشرى مع شعب وكنيسة العذراء كثيرة .ربنا يعوضةويثمر في محصول خدمتك حتي يعطي الثلاثون والستون والماءة في كرم الرب .

I know father Bishoy for over 30 years. He is caring giving farther. True father to all the congestion. When I was in hospital far from him, he came to me, pray for me more than times. God bless his service
