Dear Nexon, It has come to the attention of us, the players and paying customers, that the Elemental bonuses and life blood of the Elemental Weapons were completely removed. This action has greatly displeased us as many of your customers have gone to great lengths and some spend considerable amounts of money to obtain these sought after items. We believe that this is no less than a travesty and insult to our patronage to your company, and request that the bonuses of these items be reinstated.
