I use less electricity but gets charged based on the value of my house. Go check up on people who is stealing electricity and get your money from them! Our poor pensioners must suffer because the city can't do their work properly... nonsense!

The price keeps going up everytime yet the units we get keeps lowering. Why should we pay more because they have more expenses and debt to pay off. Its an on going cycle, happening for years and years now with Eskom. I think the best solution is to find another alternative, maybe wind terbines or something to that effect, all natural, that will not affect nature negatively!!!

Tariffs must fall. Paying my bond does not mean I don't have other expenses and responsibilities. Work fpr your people and not against.

My 1bedroom flat is valued less than R350 000 and i use less than 250units for the month. My tariffs increased and i dont get any free units. I now pay R400 for 207units which last 20days only. I cant afford this tariff increase.

Disgraceful! Let the Zim government pay they're electricity bill! Why should we, hard working South Africans, pay so much and make up the shortfall? And then Eskom pais out crazy amounts for bonuses that are not deserved! Wake up!!!

Elected hike is extreme and impacts everyone, its not far at all that property evaluation occurs and the owner has no knoweldge, its unfair that pensioners suffer !!!
