My father is on pensions and can't afford to pay so much. We use pre paid and sometime goes days without lights just to save. This is not fair that we continue to suffer while government officials earn more than a small community put together, live in nice houses and not have to worry where they get they next meal. Poor people like us pay out bills on time work hard everyday to earn the little we have and yet we are the ones that suffer the most... this must STOP
