My parents who are pensioners now pays beyond their income for electricity as their house is valued above R1m. They worked hard for what they have. All these penalties and extra charges must be eliminated for everyone.

Its unacceptable to pay a lot of money for electricity. We paying more on electricity then anything else. How can household survive this where there's no income? How can household get +-180 units for R500 its shocking and playing a huge role on ones mental health aswell ..

Electricity tarifs is too high. Say no to this ridiculous high electricity tarifs. We pay for electricity where ithers can steal from the electricity poles and the city is doing nothing yet the tarifs goes up and we must suffer.
