As a pensioner i think the electricity tariffs is apalling. You should start recovering your o/s debt from those users who is getting away with not paying.

We are already poor and cannot even keep the lights on with these electricity rates... we had to go back to the stone age and cook food on the fire every night

Price of electricity is just to high even for people who are working, what about people who only receive a sassa grant or pension. The city only work to line their coffers and to hell with the man in the street.
