We are paying the price for those who do not pay a cent, which the DA government are scared off. Illegal connections are all over townships with no consequences. You make an illegal connection, they penalise or take you to court.

Electricity costs are way too high. We pay over R3 per kWh in Wilderness, Western Cape (Die Vleie/The Lakes), plus a R900 basic "network demand charge". If it goes up anymore, we will have to disconnect from Eskom and rely on only gas and candles.
