dear CoCt...feeling robbed with this continuous increases plus added levies...I think it's totally unfare to decide/assume im wealthy because of a house value that u kept on over valuing yourself. I bought my house 10 years ago at an cost effective price, its now over double its value only because u decided that, and now u punish me. I use electricity sparingly, always hav, but even that makes no difference since my free electricity has been removed and im now charged on a higher rate because of home value and/or in not a pensioner...
