Stop overpopulating the Camden LGA, High Density covers major absorption ability.
Ridiculous unless we get a tidal wave from the Pacific Ocean.
By making this a flood prone area, this will increase insurance and be a disincentive from prospective buyers in the area.
Bugger Off.

I am in the top of the hill at elderslie. My premium has gone up due to flood zones. This is unfair because if it get this high we all need a ark

There is no way possible where I live in Elderslie is flood affected at all. Council needs to provide evidence otherwise withdraw this crazy proposal.

Having lived in Camden for nearly 40 years and gone through many a flood during that time. I have only ever seen houses and properties nearest the river go under. It is ridiculous to state an area is effected by flooding if there hasn't been any in the past. The area has changed due to all the extra housing but not the landscape. Wake up and get it right for all concerned.

How can Camden council reclassify areas that have never flooded??. This is why Camden council was rated the worst in NSW.

I have lived in Elderslie for almost 10 years and have never yet seen our street flooded as we are on upper ground, yes Camden has flooded but because the river was up
