As a Governments Documents librarian the Table of Public Statutes is a source that I constantly use.It should be reinstated back in e-Laws until another solution to host it elsewhere is found. Yet another case of the government not consulting with experts before making changes.

I wonder if drafters will be forbidden to use in-house legislative history tables too. If not, is the expectation that the rest of us need to make access to information requests?

In the interest of access to justice, please reinstate the (detailed) Legislative History Tables, or at least until a suitable replacement research tool can be provided

As a law firm librarian and knowledge manager the value of validated data produced by the "owner" of the information is invaluable. The legislative history tables on e-laws are important tools. Please reinstate them.

The Detailed Legislative History Tables are an incredibly useful research tool. There are a number of types of research which will just not be feasible without them. Please do not discontinue them, or make the information available in an alternative fashion. The quality of our legal arguments and legal research will suffer without it.

I couldn't believe that the tables were gone when I went to the new website - it's impossible to do research without them!
