El Dorado County Residents Deserve FEMA Individual Assistance

Where is the common sense ? Of course FEMA ought to help all people effected by the fire.

Thanks to the Criminal negligence of the Forest Service Management and Pioneer Fire Chief incompetence.

Please work with FEMA to reconsider and overturn their denial of Individual Assistance to those who lost homes in the Caldor Fire. Thank you.

I believe your route on the day you visited included a stop at the airport near our home in Placerville which is used by fire personnel as a base during fire season. The picture in this petition is not of our cabin but it has a similar appearance post fire. We are greatly saddened and feel violated by this fire. Luckily we have some insurance to help rebuild and we hope that the Forest Service quickly gives us permission to get started. The cost of clean up to the standards set by various agencies is enormous and we ask that the agencies that were poised to provide the clean up to those standards are able to do this using FEMA funding. We are supporters of you and hope that you can support us in this situation. Thank you

Total loss. Nothing but ashes and debris. Over forty years of family fun and memories at our Echo Summit cabin. Such a loss.

As the President of the United States, the general public should expect that you would keep your word when you indicate that you would not abandon us. All that we ask is you do what you said you were going to do.

I work with many folks who have lost tens of thousands of personal funds due to the Caldor Fire. These folks need your help!
