I have 3 children In EISM since the beginning of their academic life since 2013. I have recently received a 35% pay cut in my take home pay hence I would request the school to consider this fee discount

Due to the current situation which is considered a global force majeure which affected all the aspects of live and one them is the educational service provided by the school to my children which has changed severely in its the ways , quality , responsibilities and school timing which leads to shorten of hours and depending on parents resources accordingly require my full attendance and attention with both children which deepen our financial crisis. I would like to inform you that I will not be able to cover the full amount of normal conventional tuition fees that was provided according to the normal contract between us . Looking for forward to hear from you and remember we are all in this together .

Dears,
I cannot add more to the detailed letter, however, a small note that due to the current situation, some of the parents have lost jobs, while others have suffered wage reduction of up to 65%, and that is a huge amount! I'm considering to withdraw my EY1 child from the school as the main goal of her attendance is socialization, in addition to learning the basics, which can be done in several different ways for a much reduced amount!
Also, both of my children did not complete the second term ASA (which have been paid in advance), while we paid for my youngest (EY) to stay in the school until 14:50 till end of the academic year, that’s something EIS should consider.
Your cooperation and support in such difficult times will keep and nurture the mutual support.

Its exhausting the number of hours I have to work with him on his school work and we have no help from Arabic teachers. There is only 1 zoom lesson a week? How is it expected that 25 children are going to be able to get their doubts clarified in one zoom session

Am into financial sector, and this lockdown might effect us very soon, I have already two daughters in the school and the deduction will surely help all of us in this hard times, other schools has taken this step already, and they are facing the same situation as EIS, so I strongly believe that EIS should do the same move, as if they don't all parents next year will have this mind when registering their kids, which will give them second thoughts

We thank the teachers ans staff for their efforts but it is important to bring to your attention that distant learning is far from happening smoothly or in an organized manner. I would be glad to share with you an issue report in order for school to improve on the current situation.
Looking foreword to a smoother more fruitful distant teaching/learning experience.
We have also like most other families been effected by the current economical situation and were expecting the school to understand specially that the school is doing a saving/more profit with the curent status.
Thanking everyone for any effort towards the benefit and success of of our children, EIS children.

We are all going through difficult and testing times and the Government has been very supportive and considerate in many aspects by offering relief to end consumers. Based on the same and inline with the already welcomed decision of KHDA in regards to the full refund of 3rd term bus fee, we look forward to a similar decision from the school management for 3rd term tuition fees as well.

Rationale is simple. Parents are facing a dire financial crunch. Schools cannot continue to act as businesses during these times and need to show commitment towards students and live upto what they teach. They need demonstrate empathy and commitment to the community. They should pass on the savings in expenses and have significantly reduced profit margins during these times to share some burden with the parents.
