Reimbursement and reduction in fees

I would like a reduction on my daughters term 3 fee .

Its important to look into it.

Reduce the fee as the other schools did.

The experience so far is horrible, EIS has not invested a dime to improve the learning experience of our children’s distance learning. 99% of the pressure is now on the parents, other schools are having full active classes.

Based on the current circumstances I believe tuition fees should be decreased for current year last term or at least carry forward this payment against next year tuition fees.

I need a discount of 30% of the third term fees and I am very disappointed with EIS not showing their support to the parents.

Please, school fees should be discounted we are sharing the learning with the teachers at least 50% is done by the parents, so it is not fare to pay the same school fees Discount should be provided considering the situation in the country and the reduction on the income for most of the families Regards Mohamed

We believe it is fair to have fees reduxtion for term 3, as none of the schools faciliries are being utilised and fair amount of time is being dedicated by the parents for the online learning. In such difficult times, these supportive gestures by the school would be appreciated!

I have paid full amount for my children in EISJ Year 3 & year 1

We kindly ask for some refund at least 20% And I crease the quality of distance learning as Irma below the quality of school’s education

There might be parents who are financially well off and others who genuinely need this. If the reduction or deferment in fees helps those families basis their economic condition the school mgmt. should consider this without reducing the teachers salaries.

We have to sit with our children and work closely with them during the day while my wife and I are also working

I am in full agreement with the content above.

We are happy to pay for the teachers who are struggling to support us in our journey of distance learning but not ready to pay for other unused facilities by our kids which is 6 components as highlighted above. I am sure that the school management is wise enough to consider all this and to support us when we did support EISM for 9 years now.
