MY NAME IS PAULA BENINATI, I RESIDE IN PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA AND I AM STARTING THIS PETITION IN THE NAME OF EIGHT BELLES. THIS IS TO PUT A STOP TO ALLOWING ANY HORSE UNDER THE AGE OF 4 TO BE ALLOWED ON ANY TRACK TO RACE. NO HORSE HAS THE STRENGTH OR DURABILITY TO WITHSTAND THE STRESS OF ANY RACE AT THE AGE OF 2 AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE TRACK. I HAVE WRITTEN THE NATIONAL RACING COMMISSION FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A RESPONSE. BY SIGNING THIS PETITION, IT WILL GET ME THAT MY CLOSER TO THE RESPONSE FROM THE NATIONAL RACING COMMISSION.
