Currently the athletic code of conduct at EHS is enforced by school administration.  We are asking it be consistent with surrounding schools where enforcement is either self or police report.  The current policy results in classroom time being interrupted, students randomly being pulled from class, all based on anonymous letters and phone calls.  The process pits students against students, parents against parents, and detracts from the school social enviroment. None of the events investigated fall under the true reason for "In Loco Parentis" which was a statue that granted school officials parental rights over our children to help prevent imminent harm to students, faculty, or school property.
