We, the Public of the United Kingdom, call upon the Government to consider the reintroduction of Corporal Punishment for those convicted of participating in the recent criminality on the streets of English Cities. For too long we have seen criminal acts result in lenient and ineffective punishment, and demand that Government puts in place measures to re-establish a Fear of Consequence in those who treat our Laws and Society with contempt, and place our Public Services in danger as a result of their lawlessness
