The U.S. Department's E.E.O.C. (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) should lower the discrimination law on age from 40+ to age 21+
In order to file an age discrimination claim against an employer, the U.S. E.E.O.C's (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) standard law of discrimination required age begins at 40+ years; The E.E.O.C. should change this law's age requirement from 40+ years of age to 21+ years of age. It is unjust for young taxpayer to be discriminated against regarding their age in a work environment. What's even more surprising is they do not have the right to file an age discrimination complaint with the E.E.O.C. because of current law in place.
This is for union and non-union employees and it is also beneficial for anyone employed under an "At Will" policy.
