Education is the basis of all enlightened societies. Funding and resources for educating our young should not only be Arizona’s priority but all states in our great nation. If making America great is our nations lofty goal the compensate our teachers and provide the necessary resources to educate the next generation. Children are the future and the future depends on the knowledge they learn.

The Board needs to put their teachers first and support them in the #Redfored movement. Afterall, if the teachers are successful and funding for classrooms increases, Eduprize benefits too. They are still for profit right?!?

I completely support this. I have been bothered lately how the class size has been increasing.. essentially asking teachers to do more when the pay is low.
My 8 yo daughter constantly asks why teachers get paid so low when they impact so much.

As a parent, I can't imagine NOT supporting this movement, or the teacher walk-out. Some big things will have to happen to get teachers the pay they DESERVE. They have the education of our children in their hands- can't think of many things more important. If we want good teachers, they need more pay. They work countless, exhausting hours and give their all to our kids.

Give the entire school staff a proper raise and living wages comparable to at the minimum of 20th in the country and NOT the bottom of the list!
